Zobrist will hit a gapper or bomb

He may as well hit a semi-gapper to left that any decent left fielder would run down

That's a joke, right?

Naw man. I really wish we had some kind of left handed impact bat we could have used in LF today. Oh well.

90 pitches for Arietta.

Stras will be close to 90 by the end of this inning

He wouldn't make it to 90 this inning.  He'd get pulled.

No - the ball was past Murphy

I didn't think it mattered if the fan reached into the field of play and grabbed the ball.  There's no guarantee that ball goes into the stands.

only Dusty would continue to trot Werth out there.  it's infuriating.  and Werth is a playoff choker - career .150 hitters with runners on?

11 outs recorded.  7 K's.

Stras is a beast when he wants to be.

Unless something drastic happens that's not really possible.

Go ahead jerk Cub fans. Keep chanting Strasburg.

The most miserable fan base in all of sports.  They make Alabama fans likable.

In fairness, I doubt anyone else on the team is that much better, at least in a Nats uniform.

Get the pen up. GetxMadson for the top of the order, then go to Roark or Albers
