I'd like to know where the Nats' rights extend- it seems like if Baltimore can claim Waldorf, Richmond and Norfolk should belong to the nats
edit, if it's 50 miles, with a right to exclude, the nats should be able to kick Baltimore out of Bowie and Frederick
