Aside from the game 2 heroics of Harper and Zim, this legit looks like a carbon copy of our last NLDS against the Giants. Couldn't hit and had great pitching and bullpen came in and just fell apart.

This team is not good. No IQ play in the worst division in baseball

Eh. Nats will win tomorrow. Book it. I’ll take the GDT.
Yes. As I said earlier they will do that and then lose game 5.

No he won't.  Gonna ride the guys that got us where we are.

Except that Werth didn't get us anywhere this year.

I agree.   He should have called 'em all off.

If Scherzer had gotten a bunt down and Dusty had not stupidly taken the bunt off with two strikes they would have had another unearned run and a 2-0 lead. Cubs tried to give them the game.

So, earlier today people were saying the manager doesn't matter...the players decide the game...

Where's Uncle Ray?

He likely needed to murder a few people before coming on air.

was Maddon a crappy manager when he made lineup changes after a huge win and then used the wrong reliever i didnt see people saying he was crap

Dusty is an excellent manager the gm is just ok not willing to get the final pieces and the hitters have vanished = this is not on Dusty

I didn't think he could reach it. Werth stopped running.

I'm still blaming the players mostly. But Dusty...

Our top 5 hitters went 1-20 today.  There really is no looking further than that.  They are scared in the playoffs.  Scared weaklings in the batters box.  Just a complete and total waste of time even to play the series at all.

I’m so sick of this teams inability to hit in October. It’s absolutely pathetic. Not even that mad at the pitchers. They continue to show up and our bats can’t do crap. P A T H E T I C.

And yes we win tomorrow only to lose Game 5 after blowing an early lead.

He's managing circles around Dusty, and he's average at best.

I actually still agree with that. The cubs committed 4(!) errors and the Nats managed 1 run. This is on the players.

Yes. They should have been swept with that hitting. I can't say they are scared. I mean Murphy murdered these guys two years ago.
