did a nice 25 miles on the bike to pregame. Had a quest bar, not a steak.

NatsinPWC - sure, this is bigger for the Nats than the Cubs, but it is pretty big for the Cubs. up 2-0 going home with Arrieta / Roark makes the Quintana start gravy. 1-1, and you get a little more desperate.
