I used to have the same problem balancing out reefer, cocaine and Jack Daniels.
Try ludes, meth and beer.

Well I'm glad you have confidence in his ability and readiness to adopt your regimen.  I have a more realistic view - it's not happening and the club needs to make ti happen for him if he can't / won't.

If it isn't a lack of water and yet this continues to happen, then our medical staff is more incompetent than originally believed.

Practice, practice, practice. Eventually you find the magic formula. And stop doing cocaine.

But I still get entertained by Holiday Inn doctors on here who prescribe a gallon of water and maybe some Gatorade. I'm sure the doctors and trainers have not thought of that. :bang:

I'm sure you've never attempted to offer a medical evaluation of anyone you've never even met or examined.

They all knew Bryce had a torn ACL also.  :mg:

Speaking of, any updates on him? Too soon?

I'm trying a variant tonight - diluting the rye with some fine Italian vermouth, a cherry and a couple dashes of bitter.  I'll report back in the morning.

The morning?  Of Tuesday?

I'm taking my first night off from baseball easy.  A four pack of a local IPA.

FP talking about Stras drinking all that stuff to rehydrate, then "spitting it out".

 :wtf:

Why the hell would anybody put fluids in their mouth and spit them out again?  Tell me how the absorption is for that?

Unless they are trying to wash the reefer and JD trench mouth out.

But seriously, if you want fluids in your body YOU HAVE TO SWALLOW.  Spitting it back out is worthless.

The water was to rinse away the aftertaste of the paste they gave him. And boxers spit water back out all the time between rounds. They do it just to "wet" the inside of their mouth.

Because of the handedness of the opposing line up.
