But I still get entertained by Holiday Inn doctors on here who prescribe a gallon of water and maybe some Gatorade. I'm sure the doctors and trainers have not thought of that.

The water was to rinse away the aftertaste of the paste they gave him. And boxers spit water back out all the time between rounds. They do it just to "wet" the inside of their mouth.
