I saw something a couple weeks ago that didn't even have the Nats in the top five teams for games lost to injury. How is that possible?

After wasting 45 minutes of my life watching the Redskins first plus quarter I can safely say that they suck and will be lucky to win a game this season.

Dusty thinks he needs a day off just to rest. Seems be a little sore and not at 100%.

Why would they have sent Renfroe down? Isn't he one of their better bats?

Imagine you're a SD fan and you're lookin' at the games this season.    You're gonna go see the Nats on Saturday, August  19.   You're gonna spend $250 a pop for great seats to see:

1. Eaton CF
2. Turner SS
3. Anthony Rendon 3B
4. Ryan Zimmerman 1B
5. Harper RF
6. Murphy 2B
7. Werth LF
8. Wieters C
9. Stephen Strasburg (R) P

...   and you get:

1. Andrew Stevenson (L) RF
2. Adrian Sanchez (R) SS
3. Anthony Rendon (R) 3B
4. Ryan Zimmerman (R) 1B
5. Howie Kendrick (R) 2B
6. Michael A. Taylor (R) CF
7. Alejandro De Aza (L) LF
8. Jose Lobaton (S) C
9. Stephen Strasburg (R) P

DRINK   !!!

I know the Dodgers strategically use their DL because of the depth of their pitching staff.  More so since the 10 day came into effect.

If you look at WAR lost to injury which is how some sites rank, Dodgers and Angels are 1-2 mostly due to having Kershaw and Turner miss a lot of time for Dodgers and Trout missing two months for the Angels.

And yet the second lineup is still favored to win. You were a fool if you bought a ticket expecting to see good baseball this year in San Diego.

I was buying the tickets to see a good team not named the Padres.

This is one of 3 open GDT's.  I guess protecting the unwritten rules of GDT's only applies to the masses...

Angels game 2 is open but Padres game 1 is locked...  :smh:
