This would've been a good day to limit Scherzer's pitch count.

Sure would've :?

They need to chase that pigeon away before a foul ball blows him up

No

Praise the lawd.   Missus and I went to see Dunkirk the other day.    Late comers were usin' their cells to light the way up the steps.    Missus hit me three times to keep me in line.

The ball has gotten past the catcher and he hasn't even flinched. :hysterical:

Max didn't look too happy about that fly out. I think he wanted the 10Ks.

I agree. Surprised Rose didn't get ejected more. 7 in all his years is really nothing. But he was a fiery guy.

About Harper. I'm not saying he is totally responsible for last night and today's offensive explosion. Maybe, maybe not. But the point is, as long as he produces like he does, I think having a guy like him blowing up once in a while during the long season lull is better than having a bunch of passive nice guys.

I also know, once Harper's skills are gone, his act will wear thin quickly.

But right now...

And I just watched the replay of the ejection last night and kind of felt bad for the minor league call up. Surely he was trying his best and then to have a beast like 34 in his face....

It ain't "been that kind of day" with the error.    They've had the crap pounded out of them.

Stevenson looks a little like Ken "hawk" Harrleson.

Nats hit 8 homers today?  My goodness, what's FP saying?  Can he even breathe right now?

He appears to be transfixed by a pigeon behind homeplate.

He was from the minors?
