You have to throw in some obscure low level prospects too.

You mean like Austin Adams?

Itinerant and usually effective 11-foot tall righty with a weird 3/4ish delivery. Old.  Could do much worse.

I believe Madsin was out of MLB for three years with injuries. Quite a comeback.

First 4 game sweep in Nats history tomorrow?
So. Can they do it?

Looks like Rizzo is filling the bullpen from below. Next, and last, I hope he gets an ace reliever.

We've never had a 4-game sweep?!?  I'd have thought we'd have at least one in the last 12+ years

It's happened before. The Nats swept a 4 game series against the braves to end a season. They also swept the astros, the marlins, the mets (twice) and the phillies in 4 game series (and all of these have happened on the road). They have also had two 4 game home sweeps against the braves. And they have been swept in 4 game series several times over the last 12 years.

Heard it on tv here today. And then read this article. Sounds like it's fake news.

I'm going to assume that it's poor wording. They must have meant that neither has achieved it against each other in that span of time.
