Turner, Tanner, Treinen...pitchers whose first or last name start with T should not pitch for this team ever again.

Aw freak. I forgot it's Roark tonight. Might be time to make some other plans.

I'm going to paint my living room just so I can watch it dry. Good night all.

Lerner should send Rizzo to the mound to finish this one off. Maybe his arm will fall off.

Rizzo likes the team he has constructed...

What's with these single digit pitcher's numbers? Leake is #8 and someone from the Cubs was wearing #6.

Maybe it's just me but it seems like the Nats never win when Lobaton starts behind the plate.

Roark has become an absolute nightmare.  Pretty sure this team is toast for good.  Blow it up.

I'm new here and you have almost 10000 posts. So I am probably missing something. Is this schtick?

It's because it would be asking too much of him to do double duty. He either plays or takes off helmets after HR. So it's one of those unspoken team rules that no one homers when he plays.

No, there's much more to it. Just more of a random thought than anything. I heard someone - maybe it was Bob and FP - talking about the Nats less-than-stellar record in day games and getaway games and that's usually when we see Lobaton start. But that's also when Dusty rests many of his regulars.

The Cardinals get strategy from Bob Carpenter, unfortunately not realizing he watches the Nats as closely as Ravens tight ends watch their kids.

Man.....

Lobaton has had 22 starts and 8 of them have been catching Roark. 2 others were catching Turner and 2 more catching Ross. That's over 50% with crap on the mound, unless you blame him for them being crap (which you probably do :smh:).
