She's the owner (family).    Reminds me a little of the Fitzgerald commercials.    Trying to give auto dealers some humanity.

That's Crystal Koons, she's the owner's daughter, I think she runs the joint now.  Her eyes are freaky.

I Googled it the other night when you asked and didn't find out anything. She's not mute so if it's a comedic bit it ain't very funny
