I'm only upset about Lopez really. Figured he would be the possible closer assuming the Nats get literally no one else.
False - he has played 365 games in CF.
The advanced metrics don't like Eaton's defense.
JCA is on fire
Fine. Put him in left, keep Turner in center, move Werth to first. This is a big improvement to the lineup.
Eaton also gets hit alot by pitches as well as walks a good amount.
Sick to my stomach we have up 2 top SPs for a guy that is a average player. Eaton is not putting us over the hump
I dont get this average player line you are on. Dude has been great for the past 3 years offensively. he is putting up nice numbers for a.leadoff hitter.
Oh good because he's taking Espinosa'a spot in the lineup.
someday post the moderator's log for this.
Yeah but he actually hits for average, i think his doubles will go up alot and probably will hit 9 to 12 HR for us. White Sox park is a homer friendly park.
It makes sense to deal our minor league pitching. Again, our window is open for just 2 more years. We're rebuilding in 2019 anyways. Accept it, it's happening. For next 2 years, you have:ScherzerStrasburgRoarkRossGonzalez/rotating 5th starterTurnerEatonMurphyHarperWerthRendonZimmermanNorrisPThat is a...great lineup and rotation.

wouldn't really mind leading off Eaton and having Turner #2. Turner is a better hitter, Eaton is a good OBP guy. Get Eaton on and get him in. breaks up the lefties. Also, I'd look at splitting Harper and Murphy with Rendon, but that's just me.
