Too bad Gio is a steaming pile in the postseason.

It's early.

Revere could have caught it.

Yea, because I want Revere throwing it in instead of Harper

typical.  of course, they convert, with even less to possible convert with.  perfect, and sadly typical, at-bat by zim.

Yea, no. Turner couldn't get there in time. The slower, poor route running Revere isn't getting there either.

I kind of like that defensive position thing.

Is it possible for us not to give up a run in the 1st during this series...

Well, at least he'll be at 100 pitches after 3, so we'll have to depend on our bullpen to stop them while we chip away at their big lead.

Same one run as the first two games.

But the top of the inning was a dagger.

It's only 1 run, but it represents so much more at this stage compounded by the disgusting at bat that ruined our chance to start off hot and the total lack of trust in gio. We need the pathetic part of our order to come through

I don't understand why Gio is stressing this. Throw freaking strikes. It's that easy. You throw strikes, they will get themselves out.

Would only be better if it could indicate with numbers who's playing where so Costas wouldn't have to talk.

I kind of like that defensive position thing.

It is interesting, though I wonder if the outfield configuration  is really necessary.

He could have completely melted down there, but didn't. Hopefully that's a good sign. Need 5 IP and keep them containes to 2 or fewer and it is a good outing for Gio.

I wish Lobaton had was batting 6th instead of Zim...  we'd be up 2, 3 or 4 to 1 right now.  Although Gio would've given up more runs in that case I guess.

You don't agree?  Fourth career postseason start and he still hasn't figured it out.

Little Gio in his head is chattering.  He doesn't need to see a shrink, he needs to see a Buddhist. Get rid of that freaking duality.
