Danny seemed to be the most serious guy at the post-game celebration last night, he's not ready to celebrate just yet....

That was the year I first saw them play...vs the Phillies at the old Vet.  Astro turf, ugly unis, dirty water dogs...it was awesome.  I lived in Bangkok at the time so a live baseball game in America was almost unimaginably exotic.

I still have my Willie Startell era stripped hat downstairs some where.

I can understand the "exotic" part 'til you mentioned the Vet/Philly.

PA doesn't have a Highway Patrol Bob.    State Police pull ya over on the 'pike.    Don't ask me how I know this.    Everytime I read or hear the term "Highway Patrol", I think Broderick Crawford.

That was the summer I discovered many wonders of the world including McDonalds milkshakes and skateboards.  I thought the Pirates' foreign legion hats were awesome.

Lucas Giolito hasn't pitched since Sept 7. Is he dead?
