What was the "injury delay?"

Catcher banged up on a foul ball.

LF'er ran into the wall  ...  only other thing was the catcher gettin' plunked on a foul tip.

Gio is an absolute farce. He can't be part of any postseason roster.

imagine the offense going dormant in games 1 and 2 and then we need Gio to help stave off elimination in a sweep. :lmao:

I'd love him on any other NL East roster.

Gio vs. Espinosa would be an epic matchup. What happens when a moveable force meets a stoppable wall?

He'd probably just plunk him.

I figured to win this one, we'd need 29 runs. We're not quite on pace for that.

I'll be happy to provide updates on the Mets game. I'm at a bar with 60+ TVs: 3 are showing Phillies-Mets and only 2 have the Nats game.

But he might try to swing. It'd be fun to watch if they aren't your teams. I hope this winter we package them and send both to the Angels or something though. I'd trade them for a box of Good N' Plenty at this point.

I doubt a team would let you fleece them for that trade.

Brewers just turned a triple play on Votto courtesy of defensive guru Chris Carter.

I don't know, have you had Good N' Plenty? Pretty sure they were originally used for soldiers to bite down on them during amputations in the Civil War. The only reason there's plenty of them is they're no good.
