Turner has been struggling lately
It was pretty much inevitable.  He was playing at an unsustainable rate.  I hope he can settle down into a valuable piece going into the playoffs.

Dusty will probably trot out Belisle or Petit next. That is if he can get the rust off of them since both have only pitched ONCE in past month.

:smh: what a disappointment. Will be lucky to clinch by Sunday when no one is watching because of football.

Kind of ironic that the guy we traded for blows the save while Rivero has a perfect inning

Also that Melancons last blown save was against us when he was on the Pirates.

Maybe if Dusty pitched Petit more than once every three weeks, he'd be somewhat effective. We all know this is not going to end well.

It's too bad this city's sports team have a disposition for taking it in the butt against Pittsburgh teams. Thank God they don't have a shootyhoops team and who knows how many more embarrassments the Wizards would add.

Shocker. Guy who never pitches looks rusty and can't throw strikes.

I'm freaking pissed that Dusty trots the other guys out pretty much every day while Belisle and Petit never pitch. Then they come in in a key situation and blow it.

This is awful desperate hitting. A walk would end the game just as well.

I bet that would have been a strike in the third inning.
