Marlins will sneak in and win the WS.  It's obvious.

I'm calling it now.  We're not making the playoffs.  This is a very bad team that got lucky early in the season.

We're  making the playoffs, but having Espinosa in the lineup is going to kill us just like it did in 2012. How hard is it to put in a guy to fly out when you know Espinosa is one of the worst batters in MLB history.

So does the fact that we have 3 hits exempt this from being a candidate for the worst offensive performance? :poke:

That's all on Danny. A strikeout was the worst thing in that situation. He just needed to make contact. Can't wait for him to pull this crap in the postseason :hang:

I'll bet that's some soft leather.
He's wearing a glove in his left hand so a reacharound would be futile?

We have people here insisting that he belongs in the everyday lineup and that he will win a playoff game with his glove.

Anything is possible, but it is idiotic to wait around for a blind squirrel to find an acorn.

Melancon will likely never pitch again for this team.

I would trade 12 of Espinosa's homers for a .250 average and less than 100 strikeouts in a season.

Wouldn't that be Drew, Turner, Difo  ....  ?      I'd like to know the ratio of runs DE saves with his glove to runs that he loses with his bat.

Drew needs to play every day at short.  Danny is heinous.
