we are going out in the first round with this offense

Look on the bright side, we might not make it there.

Justin Maxwell's walk-off slam against the Mutts at the home closer a while back is the closest I've come to being in the path of a dinger at the new place.  Bonds put one right over my head at RFK.
Me, blue and TT would see it comin' and leave the hipsters to their fates.

Another 5.00 ERA guy gonna easily dismantle the Nats.

I think either welch or OC mentioned bein' at one of Howard's blasts at RFK.    Trying to think of the longest one I've seen from the Nats.    I haven't seen one into the 2nd tier (right) yet.    Maybe the longest was near the concourse in left.

Makes sense for Miami but how odd is it to see a Dominican Republic ad on the board behind home?

This current offense reminds me of Games 1 and 2 of the '14 NLDS.

I guess the Nats at least will see 1 playoff game, looks like we'll have to settle for one of the wildcards.

Ouch.  At least they should have a good draft pick to squander away.

Neighbor and I had a long discussion this evening.    Don't wanna hijack a thread but they don't seem ready to play on occasion.    They seem surprised.

Imagine if the Mets had swept us instead of us winning 2 out of 3.  We'd only be up by 4 games and in an epic freefall.

No offense + lackluster pitching = very bad news for this team.

I think Yelich just told Espinosa: "Don't talk to me, you're not a real major leaguer".

Espinosa said, "I'm the best number eight man in the game."
