Visually impaired? I'm just guessing at this point, trying to find some way to make it reasonable.
There's a guy up in the 300s (when I'm in my STH's seats) and he watches the games on a tablet. His eye sight's pretty good when all the ladie's in halter tops pass by on a Friday night.
