We were expecting the beer steins to be plastic, but they are ceramic-like...actually pretty nice..
mine had a crack inside.  did not go all the way through, but it is going to be difficult to clean

If you message Nats customer service, there's a chance they may replace it for you. They usually order more promo items than they need for the gate and use the rest for prizes/swag and to sell in the team store.
