It looked like he might have got him on the hip as the ball came in.   But the other angle sure didn't look that way.  It seems like they've abandoned the 'has to be definitive to overturn this year".  A lot of plays look like they've gone to the probable standard.

I agree, he missed his hip completely and hit him on the foot when the hand was on the bag. Replay is making missed tags look like tags.
