So not ready to replace our .412/.500/.912 hitting third baseman yet?
Followed up his monster game the other night by going 3-4, HR, 3Rbis, and a walk. Now batting .375 with a 1.153 OPS
Now up to .422 / .536 / .711 through his first 12 games.
Very encouraging, although we should temper expectation a TINY bit since his early stats are based a little bit on a .600 BABIP But still, drawing walks and hitting for power - I'll take it!
Also temper it with the understanding that the entire team is raking, and it's likely they're facing some weak pitching.
IT was what, 10 games, at a time that a tryout was feasible. If you want to talk damage, look at Trout's first call up.
well, we need him at 2B, not at SS.
Need him at 3B. Next year.
Will Kieboom be permanently scarred by his callup or can he recover? That is the question.
Last week hit .611/.696/.1.056 in Fresno
