The man is entitled to a pint or 7 or 12 after a win.

Nice move sending Rendon.  Henley's been calling them right in this series.

yeh ,like sending Drew home. One of the idiot announcers said what a great job Henley has been doing. One of the best 3rd base coaches in the league. Showing so much improvement. BS.

And I got limbs to prune, let's get to it.

One of the good things about bein' "retired" is I got trees around me trimmed on Tuesday.

Should've kept my mouth shut till end of the game.
Still, we were beating the snot out of them and, like the payback safety squeeze    :whip:  I kind of like the aggression given the context.

All right. Loved the safety squeeze also.. I'm sure that was called for by Dusty. God , would I love to see a suicide squeeze. Have we ever done one? I think the idiot announcer had to be FP.

Myself I would not have been that aggressive sending the runner with a 7-run lead, just out of sportsmanship. But isn't it great that this bad baserunning call by our team was completely irrelevant to the final outcome?

Old Chelsea has posted in the past that he does not have computer access on weekends. Someone else has made those Win/year posts at those times.

Another :w: and another series :w:

Hey for yesterdays' GDT nobody did the comparative dates wins thing in OldChelsea's Weekend absence. I thought there was someone who proxied that on the weekends for him. I feel it is incomplete  :icon_frown:

Ah, the unwritten rules.  Has anybody produced a graph showing the try/don't try line for lead by inning?

It will still come down to head to head games to determine the division.
