With Roark set to hit next inning and his pitch count over 80 already this is probably his last inning. Empty that tank!

aggressive baserunning means taking chances.  That's what he did.

That's right.  He was in scoring position and he surrendered himself to an out.  Terrible judgement.  The risk was great and the reward modest, not a wise decision.

Thought Roark was going to hit this inning but I guess not. Might have enough for one more inning especially since its the bottom of the order for Miami.

Espinosa is a really really really good defensive SS. I'm hopeful that with everyone else hitting we can leave him in the 8 hole and just keep him for his defense and whatever we get offensively is just a bonus.

Even if this is overturned that was a fantastic play all around.

Looks out to me. I mean, not enough evidence to overturn. Call on the field was out.

Good arm werth.  :mg:

I thought he was safe, but even so, what a frigging throw by Werth.

Rumors of Jayson Werth's demise have been greatly exaggerated.  :hysterical:

Damn really wanted Roark to finish 7 strong but he was clearly out of steam there.

Dietrich is just dominating us.

And now Prado up representing the tying run and you know he always torches us.
