Ugh. So a coworker and I are just finishing lunch at Hooters (government employees hard at work). The TV directly facing my seat is tuned to MASN and they just happened to be showing an encore of yesterday's game. And of course it was the 10th inning so I got to relive the crapfest all over again.

Was Werth in better position this time?

Absolutely agree with this. The inning plays out a lot differently if they switched Werth out.

Not sure. That was my initial feeling but then realized who would you rather have batting in late or extra innings? Heisey, MAT, DDen? In this particular game Dusty had Ramos and Face left.

I'd rather risk losing in extras than having Werth in left trying to defend a one-run lead.
