Lol. He had that one instance of getting picked off the base that first week he started playing full-time and the narrative is set. I guess we're conveniently forgetting all the pick-offs of Span, Harper, Zimmerman, etc.

Also even with Harmon Killebrew in 1959, which was the break-through season for Harmon: not a mistake, not a bonus-baby-bust, never going back to the minors, headed toward the hall of Fame, we thought.
