I'm going to visit my daughter this weekend so even though the games yes will suck there I'm still so bummed I'm going to miss the last weekend of our season :(

I hear you. I really miss baseball during the offseason. I'll watch the playoffs, but it won't be the same.  Can't wait for spring...

I'm going to miss the Nats but I'm tired.   I'm looking forward to the rest after this season.

I may try and catch the pre spring training game practices in Viera if we head down to Florida in February. Could be interesting.

Told the missus today that I may hit Viera.    Anybody up for a road trip?    Hell, we can stay at skippy's house and do the whole state.

Can't swing and miss as hard as Ian I suppose.
Is this our departing SS taking a subtle swipe at his successor?

We have plans to go in March.  Which week depends upon when I can drive at Daytona with Petty...they haven't released their 2016 schedule yet either.

If you go, games in Orlando vs the Barves, and in Tampa vs the Yankess - both great venues - so check out the Spring Training schedule.  Viera...not so much...and the young guys generally play on the road.

Boy and I went in '08.    We stayed in Daytona and it's not that far from Viera.

Wife wants to go in January or February so I hope to push it back to February. My understanding is that you can see the early workouts for free for most of the teams.

Still have family in Orlando, so we always stay there...nice, central location...

My cousin has a condo in Orlando.

We bought our house there in 1985 for $85K.  Thinking I could buy it back today for about the same.  The housing bubble crushed that market.

I just realized by Spring training my daughter will be living in Orlando so since I've no clue when I'll ever get to DC maybe I'll see you all down there :)

Desmond bunting there is just MW doing MW things.  Actually a pretty interesting play though.  What most of you ascribe to lack of hustle seems more of a an attempt to avoid interference.  Tho, with the ease the DP was turned, in retrospect he should have started running and risked the interference call.

Now people are just piling on :smh: We get it, we suck, our manager is terrible, but there are 5 days left to our season-they need to give it a rest.
