Dee Gordon is 1 for 2 tonight.  He's going to pass Bryce.

Desmond had 183 K's last year. Maybe it's this new era of all-K games, but that's huge.

"Oh, crap, Roark just hit a homer. Too bad. I bet Slate's going to nag now."

refresh

"Yup."

For a second there I was worried grass was orange.

I wonder if 183 K's can be scaled for different baseball eras. For instance, in 1959, Killebrew, Lemon, and Allison each had about 100 K's...Killer struckout 116 times, the other a bit less than 100. Of course, that year Killebrew had 42 homers, Lemon had 33, and Allison had 31. Desmond has less than 20.

At this point, I'm hoping Desmond gets number 20. Another season with 20 dingers and suddenly he's worth75+ million

I'd be interested in knowing what the circumstances there are

Edit: if it were closer, I'd buy it.  Nice bike.

Her response:

Thanks for the message.  I will let you know the year for sure when my husband gets home.  He used it only for one Olympic size triathlon and we took it for tune up after that and he never set on it again.  It is in excellent condition.  We paid 1500 and are asking for 900 for it.  I will let you know about the year.

His hitting fell off a cliff this year.
