'Stand and stare, then look at the scoreboard...'...that seems to be the basic 'AB' approach by this collection of overpaid duffers....hey Rich (Shu)....WTF? Is this what you are teaching these baseball Neanderthals? Watch strikes, swing at krap? Or have they dialed you out?
Why would anyone stand and watch a pitch that is either (a) down the FN middle or (b) so close, why would you decide to play umpire with 2 strikes?...Answer....a team of players who have no clue and are coached by former players who are thinking about tomorrow....St. Louis players would swing at stuff that close...but then, they are the best team around....(and please, get rid of Desmond at season's end)

another Desmond AB special....hack at the first pitch, no plate discipline, or, watch down the middle strikes, then dive for dogshyte....I will likely have an intense erection when this J-off is G  O  N  E....he is a baseball parasite, sucking the life out of any team....while staring at himself in the mirror, telling himself that he is the best player in MLB history....(NOT!)

This should be the Nat's motto: 'watch called strike-threes'...because that seems to be the common denominator.......swing at krap, watch strikes....thanks to Ian Desmond for infecting the rest of the Nats with his idiotic approach to baseball....I cannot wait until this clown is off the team, selling aluminum siding in FN Iowa.....

I hate how this team makes me feel.  I hate how this team plays as if they don't care.

I have been in a foul mood all day...and it continues.

I agree with FP.   Ya never see a cheetah stretch before it kills something.   When I used to run, folks would ask if I stretched first.    I told 'em, it's one or the other.   Either I stretch or I run.   Life's too short for both.

We'll be there for the games on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.  Hoping they all get rained out so we can trade the tickets in for games next year...
