Because of the rainout, the Nationals will finish the season with 24 days without an off-day. Monday does not count as a true off-day, as the players came, took batting practice and warmed up. They will have played 23 of the last 24 days, including a makeup game next Monday against the Reds.

Good question.  Also, does this count as a "day off?"  If not, the nats will have 23 consecutive games without a day off...another union issue.

I looked up the rest of the season. It's supposed to rain all weekend. Wonder how they will handle the Phillies series if that happens.

Depends on how far north the low pressure system tracks.  Can one have a three-way doubleheader?  The make-up game against Cincy is on the 28th.

Per weather.com, this series looks safe - 20% chance of rain today and 0% tomorrow and Thursday. The Phillies finale on Sunday looks iffy though at 70% chance of rain.

So anyway, I'm walking through part of Oakton/Fairfax not sure where.    My buddy lives in/near Oakton.    A guy comes walking down the path with a     shirt on.    I had my 2005 give away long sleeve tee on and he stops to chat.    Turns out, he's a STH in 208.    I told him half the guys on the forum are in 208.   I know who he isn't but I don't know who he is.
