At least Ramos being on base didn't bum me out.

You can't play Robinson against a LHP because he's a lefty

So why not start Clint Robinson since we are in a sudden death environment ?

Why are the Nats so timid on the bases? We have a speedy guy on 2nd and Hand is all over the place, they could have pushed it and forced Hand to give T-Mobile some better pitches to hit.

The embers of their playoff chances are about out.  The only way to keep the embers burning is for the Mets to lose and they've already done their part....AND THIS IS THE PERFORMANCE THEY COME OUT WITH"???

Embers went out during the last series with the Mets. What you're seeing are those post-death twitches bodies get when something giant falls on their head.

FP needs to understand when he goes "off mic", his background conversations can still be heard.

Pathetic doesn't describe what I'm witnessing here today.  They're making Brad Hand look like a better version of Clayton Kershaw.

This is why I could never manage (other than no qualifications).  First, I'd want to fight my players when they play like this.  Next, I'd have had a stroke by now SCREAMING at them in the dugouut.  The NL East HAS NOT been decided otherwise Adam Rubin wouldn't be reporting on what's going on in this game but the Marlins fate was decided months ago and they're playing immeasurably better than the Nationals.

And I think Harper has some sort of day blindness.  His worst two games recently have been the Mets game on Labor Day and today.  Today, it looks like he's never picked a baseball bat in his life.
