Definitely better than Lannan. Better stuff and better makeup IMO.

Lannan broke Utley's hand, which kind of makes him a #3 by default.

Well, I guess Roark would need another year starting to see if teams have figured him out.  I mean to do a fair comparison.

Yeah, I wouldn't expect many pitchers at all to have great numbers the way he's been jerked around this year. If Strasburg were switching roles this often his ERA would look like a defensive lineman's jersey number.
