Thanks for this. But this is shocking to me. I would have bet they lost at least 15 after seven.

Me too.

E6 3/4 of the way to the golden sombrero...and we're in the 5th inning...

What is this about?

Just that his posts appear decidedly less happy than normal.

How many Ks does Desmond end up with this year? At least 200?

well the good news of the day is work have given me a far better role in my current job three days a week, the bad news is that means no football or baseball for me today.

Hey ANF, I meant to mention this to you - did you know that the University of Maryland has a premier kicker from Australia, who got his start in ARF?

Have you been watching this team lately? I'm not made of stone, you know. I have emotions too.

That would put him at 6, one off the all time record of 7.

There's that long ball PC referenced.    Does that put him ahead of Cespedes for distance?

Cespesdes hit one tonight too.

Would it be correct to label Desmond as a 'mistake hitter'? He can't hit a decent pitcher at all it seems.

If he gets a hit, it's a mistake.

Lost 8 after leading after 7.  But it feels like 38.

What about after 6, though?  It's the 7th that has been the biggest problem.

After seven. How about after six? It's the 7th where the meltdown has occurred most often, no?

Nah, I just stand there while Treinen throws them a foot outside.  Then Rivero.  Then Fatface.

It's good Clint is getting more time at 1B--will be ready to platoon there with Ryan next year (meaning he will play the 2/3 of the games when Ryan is on the DL).

I cracked when the team cracked. I'm not into premature cracking.
