Some area residents are still living in the past
« Topic Start: September 08, 2015, 03:11:29 PM »
Letter to the editor originally published in the Post online and print editions this past Saturday - https://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/a-plea-to-step-up-the-coverage-of-the-orioles/2015/09/04/d0359da0-50ca-11e5-b225-90edbd49f362_story.html (includes 5 comments further down the page):

A plea to step up the coverage of the Orioles

Call me naive. There are two football teams in this area, and The Post covers both. Why can’t The Post include more than the Associated Press report for the Baltimore Orioles as well? Some Post readers were Orioles fans long before the Washington Nationals existed.

I wonder what Leslie thinks of Baltimore's coverage of the Nats?

And since when does the Post cover two NFL teams?

Since Dan Snyder purchased the Redskins

That implies what Washington puts on the field is an NFL team.
