awesome, Mets doing the bit where they come from behind and start blasting out homer after homer. sick.

:lmao:  You should become a Mets fan and Wright can be your fave like Zimmerman used to be.

He's a free agent.

Who the Mets will lock up or their fans will storm Citi Field, they are a different team with him-same as I knew the Nats would be

The Mets literally refuse to lose. Doesn't matter how many runs they get down they will always come back and win.

WASHINGTON -- Nationals center fielder Denard Span was out of the starting lineup on Thursday against the Padres because of back tightness, the same injury that put him on the disabled list in July. Span woke up Thursday morning and felt stiff, according to manager Matt Williams.

The Nationals expected Span to have problems after he was activated, and his back was an issue before Wednesday's game against the Padres, but he was able to loosen up and went 2-for-5 with a run scored during a 6-5 loss. The doctors told Span he would not fully recover until the offseason. He is also dealing with abdominal issues.
"We certainly want him back as quickly as possible," Williams said. "If he feels good enough to go, we have to make sure we monitor it as we go."
