So with Moore and Robinson unavailable, who pitches the ninth?

Ramos has a strong arm. It might be the only thing he's worth at this point.

They're tired...

Shoot I used to stay out 'til 5 AM and then do dayshift in the steel mill.    Got off at 2:30 and played golf.   These guys are wimps.

Matt Williams just looked like a dead man walking in the dugout.  He's done after tonight.

That would actually make it a decent night, so it won't happen.

NADIR is a word you don't get to use often. This is the nadir of the Nationals season.

na·dir

/ˈnādər/
 noun
1. the lowest point in the fortunes of a person or organization.

synonyms: lowest point, lowest level, all-time low, bottom;

 Oh, the pain.... THE PAIN!!!!

I'd like to see someone in the media ask Werth if he still thinks the Nats are clearly the team to beat.
Talk to Scherzer in September.  Yall just worry about yall selves, says Jamey Carroll.

This is what sucks about getting blown out.  They get to use a reliever they don't care about plus they get to give starters the rest of the night off...AND IT'S JUST THE 7TH INNING!

An even emptier homerun.
