Stupid idea for a thread. . . Must have been Desmond's idea, because he messes up everything he gets near . . .  Even stuff he doesn't get near it, LIKE EVERY GROUNDBALL, he messes it up!!! . . . If Williams can't figure out that Ian belongs nowhere near shortstop, then he should be fired!!!!! . . .  But I blame RIZZO, THE FOOL for giving such crud to Williams to work with. Let's hope there's no need for the bullpen.  . . . I expect Souza to homer twice.

I don't participate in GDT's anymore. In the Land of Sublime LivingR, Gaithersburg, Maryland , we just don't understand such negativity. I'll stick to Twitter, where everyone is cordial.

Hopefully we can all do a better job of impersonating each other than Ian Desmond does of impersonating a baseball player.

That line up is by far, not the most optimum line up given the available players and platoon splits. Take what the Red Sox would have done in this situation for example...

Is that only because he's hitting consistently this year ?

The guy is a streak hitter if there ever was one. He'll catch fire at some point. I've seen it way too many times before.

He's hurt now, can't ever stay healthy, never will
