I'd love Skye Bolt, if only because of his 80-grade name, but his performance hasn't measured up to his skills. Kiley at FanGraphs thinks Bolt has a hard time recognizing breaking pitches, doesn't rank him in the top 200.
Definitely has some holes. I just remembered his name while reading the mlb.com rankings a few days ago, and it was in the range of our picks. I think he's the the 60's on their board.
Like what I've read on Perkins. Projectable kid but isn't a raw, athlete. He's a real baseball player. Long term kid but real upside.
