Why do Nats pitchers always go right down broadway with no movement when up 0-2?  It just is insane.  Game over 7 minutes after it started.

This home plate umpire is an idiot.  That was clearly not a strike and he obviously pulled the ball up.  Everything was clear and he called it a strike.
