what a joke the review/replay policy is...the ball did not CONCLUSIVELY beat Span to the bag....ergo, the call should stand...but when the Nats are involved, all current policy is shelved....of course, we won't hear about this Nats policy until 50 years have passed, and some internal memo surfaces....but really, we've seen this shyte most of the year....balls and strikes remain a challenge for most of our pitchers, whereas opposing pitchers could sail a pitch into the stands and one of the base umps would claim that one of our hitters did not check his swing....
