Lobaton needs to get more starts.

If he doesn't get the next Strasburg start then something is seriously wrong.

Williams has no clue how to manage a roster.  When Ramos was hitting it was fine to keep trotting him out there but those times have passed.  Ramos and Lobaton need a more reasonable split now.

Much like Desmond's range, Zimmerman's ability to elevate the ball has quickly disappeared.

plus how well the Cubs' defense plays in this one; if they can't get to ground balls Lester could be in for a shelling, but if they're solid on D it'll be a close one.

I will bring this up again.

Williams mentioned in an interview that he didn't think a pitcher/catcher match up is necessarily a good thing.

Missed that, thanks. I think he's wrong though. If Lobaton can get Strasburg to stop looking like H-Rod then do it, better than the crap he's been pulling.

Not sure if I heard it on a pre-game chat or the Junkies radio show.

Probably not a strike but that has been called for Lester most of the night.

Lester has been terrible this inning and they've score 1 run. This offense is a mess.

No idea why Lester is toying with the slurve when he's had the outside edge with the fastball all night.

This team has had one well hit ball tonight, Desmond's double.

He wants that outside edge on the two strikes pitches.

Would be nice if we could turn over the lineup here.

MLB can speed up games by limiting catcher visits to the mound. Sheesh.

That's a lot of base runners for one run.    We'll take it though.
