The Padres have one of the worst offenses statistically in the league.

4th in runs scored, 6th in runs per game.  Better than average, good even.

This is Hendrick's ten game log.  He stinks, flat out.

(Image removed from quote.)

Care to look at his stats from last season?  Or at least lump them into your analysis.  Last year he was 7-2, 2.46 with 72 hits and 15 walks in 80.1 innings (1.083 WHIP) over 13 starts.  That's a 152 ERA+.

Even with the crappy starts you posted, he's at a 124 ERA+ for his career.  Again, he's not Matt Harvey, but he's absolutely not a bum.

OK...things are sluggish. Hmmm. Should I go bowling or go to the pool? Which carries better luck.

The offense is struggling and skippy refuses to take one for the team and dip her head in the pool for 30 minutes. :stir:

Movies don't help. skippy went to the movies during the 18 inning playoff game and we see how that ended.
