I have no pressing need for a new roof but it's been awhile .... time to plan. I've googled a lot of this stuff but wanna run it by yunz to see your input.
What is the average cost per square foot to replace a simple shingle roof (shingles; tar paper (?); plywood is fine)? The roof is easily accessible (maybe 20 feet off the ground) with a medium slant/grade. It's a basic townhouse design with no protrusions, etc. Might consider gettin' rid of my Direct TV dish.
Any recommendations for an estimate in the E. Loudoun vicinity. Neighbor's gettin' his done and he gave me the card of his crew.
