Uh .... where is there a pond worth fishing near Fair Oaks?
Adjacent to Alder Woods, across the street from the Sunrise Assisted Living. It's a small pond and access is difficult with the vegetation grown in, but there are a few spots you can reach the water. I biked there in May or so and the shallows by the drain had dozens of sunfish beds, with nice large sunnies and bass stalking them around the edges. Plenty of fish in that little pond.
