WNFF.net is just a forwarded domain. nationalsforum.net does not mask the real address, and refreshing the thread should simply put you back in the updated game thread. The other thing you mention is a user-configurable option if you check in your profile > look and layout preferences.
EDIT - I updated wnff.net so that it now redirects you to nationalsforum.net rather than framing it. This should solve your first problem.
I reset your new post warning as well, so you should be fine now.
