Scherzer already at 95 pitches. He's effective, but far from efficient.

Too many Ks. Still love him.

He's a beast, but that money would have been better spent keeping Clippard and signing a couple of bats.

Scherzer has not had his best stuff all day but he's limited the damage big time.  After his last start, the rest of the team owes him this :w:

That money would have been better spent signing David Price next offseason.

I haven't been watching the whole game, but this looks like typical Nats baseball. A solo homer, scratching another run across, and not taking advantage of a mediocre journeyman pitcher. Is that about right?

OMG, I freaking love Robinson. He has this weird twisted of way of making contact with runners on base.

Maybe this year, but I'm fine with replacing Zimmermann a year early.

Robinson already might have the best approach out of any hitter on our team.

Schu and Williams haven't had time to ruin him yet.

King needs to reclaim his crown here. Fitting the day Game of Thrones new season debuts.

I hope Kesmond doesn't ever plan on owning a dog since he refuses to take walks.

Would love to squeeze out one more inning from Scherzer.
