My wife splurged and bought tickets in the Delta Club for Father's day (thanks, kids who came but didn't contribute). I didn't mind the netting at all there. However, I've sat in seats on the 1st baseline at the far end of the dugout, maybe 10 rows up, and they bothered me all game.

I'm glad they are going with the least obtrusive net possible.

Even in the Delta Club when you're looking straight on, if you are close it really is obtrusive. It's definitely bothersome when you're looking from an angle.

I think they are replacing all of it. Maybe that'll be good.

I've sat behind both dugouts behind the nets and forgot the net was there just about right from the start. Maybe we can get an eye doctor (or someone can just pretend to be an expert) who can tell us why it bothers some people but not others.

Would you rather the Nats put up plexiglass or some other form of protective barrier ?

Now the plexiglass in front of the upper deck A rows is absolutely a distraction. It also stops air flow on hot summer days.

I’m not a doctor but I act like an OB/GYN sometimes. People that complain about netting have always seemed to have massive amounts of sand in their labia minora.

Expos night!

When I first looked at the picture, I couldn't see it all because of space/screen size.    All I could see was the signage down to the top of the "E" in "HEARTS".     Thus, it read "FOREVER IN OUR FARTS".           Glad I scrolled down.

Hoping they use Dead tunes for walk up music.  St Stephen  if he gets the start.

The net itself seems more see-through than the old one, but there are a whole bunch of new vertical seams where parts of the net overlap that are very visible, and the part of the net that runs across the top is much bigger.

taking my son to his first MLB game, we're sitting front row section 111 this Sunday, is there any chance of picking up a foul ball grounder anymore or is that over?  and are the nets in that area raised pre game so we can interact with the players?

This. The net is fine for visibility. But there are sections near each field entrance that are thicker and its incredibly distracting.

there is no netting in front of section 141 in right-center field, correct?  we're sitting there on Sunday.

No nets. Just home run balls by Soto and Adams.
