I've been there once. Drinks were small and pretty expensive. It's a cool space, but I've never had the urge to go back again.
I guess we're creatures of habit. I've always been comfortable (as a married man) keepin' a budget.
Agreed. It's kind of neat the first time but nothing special.
Back on topic.Sunday we had tickets from my wife's work that included $35ea in credit usable for food, drink, or merchandise. We have some money left on a couple of the tickets, can they still be used at a future game?
Come on, in your heart you already know the answer.
I noticed folks up on a newer building between Half ST and South Capitol. Is that an apartment?
About half of the beer guys had these tonight. (Image removed from quote.)
CCSP has been selling cans of ERA Pale Ale. I thought that was only supposed to be available at the ballpark?
Does anyone know where the Roosevelt and Kennedy Rooms in the Conference Center are? The pickup for the special Werth t-shirts has been moved to there and I don’t know where that is. If you see a guy in a Syracuse Devices shirt today, it’s probably me (I’ll also be wearing a 2005 Nats batting practice hat). My brother gave me the Devices shirt because the Chiefs pulled that stunt on my birthday and this’ll be the first time I’ve worn it.
Thanks. An e-mail came from the Nats while we were eating breakfast and it confirms the location is where you say—behind 203 (which is the section where we sat seemingly a lifetime ago for Strasburg’s debut). Right above our seats for this game in 108, too. Works for me.
I have tickets for the Mets' series. Several of the games have "special event ticket required". What's the purpose of those? Will my standard admission ticket get me a stein on Friday night? Thanks
Standard admission ticket does get you the stein. It doesn’t get you stuff like the bourbon tasting or the Teddys Garage Sale or the Stitch and Pitch (knitters special section and a craft bag).

Word on the street is TT and DC made a run on tickets.
Headin' to the game today. When it's over, we're thinking about hittin' a sport's pub (near Capitol Hill subway stops). Neighbor's a Wisconsin fan. Googlin' shows me the Capitol Lounge and Hawk 'n Dove as the two best shots. Is that correct? Any other suggestions? Thanks
