Aren't converting part of the current park site to a year 'round dining facility?

That is the old team store, they are turning it into a party area. I was in there last weekend, all the charm of a hotel conference room.

Brewing on site I don't really care about.  Bringing in kegs from local breweries sounds just fine to me.  But, if Inbev takes over and pushes out all the real beers for their own pseudo micros, that's not a good thing.

Atlas Brewing has confirmed on Twitter that they are returning to Nats Park this year, that's the only one I asked.

3 Stars will have the beer carts again, according to their guys who were at a strong beer tasting at RFD last week.

I think they now make Iron City at the Rolling Rock plant in Latrobe.    Sam Adams does the same kind of thing.

They brew a bizarre mix of beers at the Latrobe plant. Stoney's, Red Stripe and Guinness American Blonde Lager, among others.

Watching the Republican "debate", I have questions.    Isn't a brew house a 24 hour operation?    Does Nats' Park currently have (other that security) 24 hour a day coverage for any part of the operation?
Let's dispel with the fiction that Bud doesn't know what it is doing.  Bud knows exactly what it is doing. ;)

They shut it down (IIRC) when they were bought out.    It's probably like all the other big (and micro) brewers.    I think they now make Iron City at the Rolling Rock plant in Latrobe.    Sam Adams does the same kind of thing.
Sam actually started out being brewed in Pittsburgh, but they took over an old boston brewery site, I think (Hafenrefer, IIRC) and do at least some up in Boston.  Given their variety, it wouldn't surprise me if some of their small runs are brewed remotely.

If they have a "brewhouse", doesn't that mean they are brewing in house? What is more local than that?[...]

There used to be a Samuel Adams Brewpub at Dulles airport (D terminal) and they didn't do any brewing there. One must sometimes look behind the name.

Camillo addressed  this right from the start at the Hot Stove event. She said the Bud deal did not mean that local brews or other options would be limited. We'll see.

Someone actually hissed when she announced the Bud Brewhouse. ;)

Bud in, Miller out:

I'd like to see them feature some local brews - Port City for example.

Three...over the past 2 months.. but who's counting...  ;)

Atlas Brewing has confirmed that they will be at Nats Park next year. Appears to be that Bud is replacing Miller but the locals are unaffected.

I guess they'll have to change out the big ad by NatsHD.

I guess that also means the end of the special Miller Lite Party Night ticket deals that included a ticket and beer.

Deadspin said a 160 million dollar city plan for renovations to Nats Park is being heard in the council. Anyone know any more?
