reportedly that wasn't the final picture, or at least that's the CYA statement coming out of management.

I ordered one from a vendor in Bowie, MD, so I'll let you know in a week or so...

Instant Classic...

Who runs the Promotions group for this franchise? Rather, who ran it?

Another update via JDLand, BWW is now open near the park.  I look forward to Wilson Ramos night.

That's my calendar :)
My red blanket in the background lol
It's indeed a misprint and I ordered another one from Amazon about 3 weeks ago, as my photo was making the rounds, which also came with the misprint. It'll probably never be worth anything but I'm keeping it in plastic wrap "just in case."
Apparently the same company -- who doesn't sell to or through the Nats, just pays the licensing fees--- printed the Mets calendar to showcase star pitcher JASON deGrom.
Tee hee... Anyway I think they are still on Amazon if you want to take your chances on getting a misprint. The back cover has a thumbnail of what's inside so you can tell without opening, what you've got.
Search for "nationals calendar Turner" since Turner publishing makes it.

From JD Land, a bit of an upgrade over the Fairgrounds. The street level will be all retail, which will hopefully translate into bars. (Hill Country BBQ I hear.)

Interesting spelling of Harper, kid must be on his way to Mortine's.

No shortage of rooms with a view.  They'll sell out fast.

The Lerner's are rushing to get approval to add floors on the parking garage to block free views of the ball games.

As long as the District pays for it, of course...

A giant arch.  That way, players can think they are in St Louis and become clutch.

replace the garages with a couple of outdoor restaurants, or just get rid of them entirely to open more of a view of the area.  IMHO they are eyesores.

The park should have faced the river.     Any pretension of viewing the monuments was BS from the get-go.

I always thought that all baseball parks had to point NE to avoid sun directly in batter/pitcher eyes but digging a bit this evening it turns out that isn't the case.
