basically nobody seems to know why the Nats haven't been able to get out of the Terra deal that runs through the end of the 2027 season.

I always assumed they were  living up to their end of the bargain after receiving payment up front from Terra for the sponsorship.  Maybe the Lerners could have bought back the rights, but I'm guessing they prefer they don't want to pay.

Zombie post is quite undead. They hired a reporter for the Nats after they staffed up Notus, the Banner, and the Athletic. But they had pod people take over the editorial page.

This is correct and was mentioned years ago as the reason why the sponsorship has stuck around. Terra paid them up front and they are bound to the contract.

sat near the top of of 115 last night (one section past the visiting dugout toward LF) on the aisle closest to home plate (so the aisle was to my right).  Ushers did not do anything to stop people from heading down the stairs during game play, so I spent almost the entire game trying to look past people that were heading up or down the stairs. There were plenty of empty seats in 116 but I didn't move (should have though).

I think the perfect stadium would have aisle floors that retract during play. 20 foot drop into ice water.

I was looking down at those seats behind the Nats dugout yesterday afternoon and thinking "those poor bastards." 

For budget seats, 201-205 are pretty hard to beat...205 providing the best view.  Bluestreak had seats in the front row there for years.

In the Club, JCA's seats in 208 and surrounding sections are pretty much perfect, and you escape to air conditioning in the Club...until it breaks...like yesterday.  Go for rows D and higher to stay out of most day game sun any potential rainfall...

Trying to catch up. I had seats on the front row of 204 for years until Covid. Fantastic. Mostly shaded except for the beginning of 1 pm games. Further back shaded and also out of rain. They have made the the SI Tickets club though now. More expensive but each ticket has a credit that’s enough for a beer and a dog.  There is also access to a “club” which is basically a conference room
With some tables couches and chairs and a few TVs. Pretty weak, but a place to get out of sun or rain I guess.  Before 201-205 were the best deal in the stadium. Now I am not as sure. 

I am about to pull the trigger on my first plan in years.  Gold Glove Club on the suite level.  I’ll keep folks posted.
